Entrepreneur support with subsidy. There are no fewer than 13 options!

Whether you are a starter, want to further develop your staff, or want to grow your company domestically or internationally, within the Brilliant Work team, we have a wide range of coaches who can help you. But did you know that you can make use of no fewer than 13 different subsidies to start your coaching program? On our  website you will find an overview.

For both starting and already established companies, SMEs, and freelancers (ZZP), there are various subsidy options with which you can cover 33-100% of the costs for a coaching program. It is even possible to combine different subsidies to realize your plans. Whether it concerns, for example, business growth, export, starting a company, personnel development, or simply sparring about your role as an entrepreneur.

The experiences of our clients – Niels Welling and Mariska van der Vliet of R-SOLUTION Medical.

Mariska and Niels talk about their experience with Lizanne as their coach:
“There’s so much more to entrepreneurship than just your product and an accountant for the receipts.” What do the sessions with Lizanne look like? “We see each other about once every 6 weeks, and then we discuss what has happened, what challenges we are facing, and we analyze what comes to the surface. We are emotionally involved, but Lizanne looks at things very calmly.”

 Niels adds: “We are very busy with our product, and Lizanne points us to other matters. For example: okay, you want to grow, but how? When are you going to hire people? And how many?” Mariska: “Our forecasts are always numerically focused, but Lizanne looks at it from a business perspective. You want to sell 6 machines? But how are you going to do that? Via distributors? Or yourself? Which countries do you want to focus on first?” Niels: “Lizanne is very strong at asking questions that make us think. We find it important that we immediately have a connection with the people we work with. And we had that with Lizanne. Of course, her knowledge and expertise also play a role. Lizanne’s experience with international distribution channels was very useful for us.” Mariska: “We don’t want to be treated like a number, that’s also a reason why we chose Lizanne.”

Maarten joined Brilliant Work last year. He has already built up over 25 years of experience in international project development, strategic and horticultural marketing, organizational strengthening, and regional development programs. After his Master’s in International Agricultural Production and Marketing Management, he has been able to guide numerous projects in countries such as Moldova, Serbia, Croatia, Russia, China, Eritrea, Indonesia, Myanmar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

Since 2010, Maarten has been guiding companies and governments from the private sector as an advisor, trainer, and coach in initiating and supporting international strategic marketing, agribusiness, and organizational alignment processes.
