Contact
Brilliant Work is an agency of experienced coaches, consultants and trainers, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 68355084. Before you engage our services, you can meet your coach/consultant/trainer. Depending on the expertise you require, several of our experts may work with you. This will always be discussed with the client beforehand.
For queries regarding quotes, invoices or payments, please contact Monique Langeslag at admin@brilliantwork.nl. If you have any questions about which subsidies you could apply for, please contact us at info@brilliantwork.nl or 026 2130704/06 21371669. For all other questions, please speak to your regular coach/advisor in our team.
Your commitment
Coaching, advising and training is a partnership to help you achieve the best results from your business or organisation. If you are going to be coached or trained by us, you do so with the understanding that you are responsible for creating your own results. What we offer is support, direction, motivation and all the knowledge, experience and advice that we have.
We expect, among other things, that you:
- You arrive/call or video call on time when we have an appointment.
- You are open to new possibilities.
- You actively work on your action points that have come out of our meetings.
Our commitment
We are always fully committed to providing you with support, direction, motivation, knowledge, experience, advice and access to our network. Ultimately, the success of your business depends on more factors, so, like any coach, we cannot guarantee what the result will be on your business.
Confidentiality
What is discussed in our coaching relationship is confidential. The fact that your company is a client of Briljant Work is only confidential if you communicate this to us in a timely manner. Your coach or advisor will treat all information built up during the coaching relationship as confidential, unless you indicate that this information may be shared. We may share certain topics anonymously with third parties as learning points, for example with subsidising bodies.
Duration and location
We decide together in advance or during the process how many sessions you want to undertake and where they will take place. We usually end a meeting by setting the date for the next session.
If you are using a subsidy, there is usually a limit to how many meetings we can have on a subsidised basis and how many meetings are not (or no longer) subsidised and must therefore be paid for directly by yourself.
Rescheduling or cancellation
We give each other at least 48 hours’ notice if we need to reschedule a meeting. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge for the meeting, or – in the case of a subsidised programme – to count the hours as having been used. We make an exception for genuine unforeseen circumstances such as illness.
Contact between meetings
You can always contact us between meetings. As we are often with clients, email or WhatsApp is often the best way. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.
Newsletter and GDPR
Brilliant Work operates in accordance with GDPR. We automatically send all our clients our newsletter to keep you informed of the latest subsidies, developments in our team, events or agencies that you may want to be aware of. If you do not wish to receive this newsletter, you can of course unsubscribe very easily.
Payment
We invoice subsidised programmes at the start of the coaching, especially if it concerns programmes smaller than €3,500 excluding VAT. This is usually also the wish of the subsidising bodies to minimise the administrative burden. Instalment payments are almost always possible, so if you cannot or do not want to pay an invoice in one go, please contact us.
Unsubsidised coaching or programmes above €3,500 are usually invoiced afterwards per month. Payments should be made to our KNAB account number – or by transfer of a voucher if it concerns a subsidised project. The payment term for what the customer has to pay is 15 days after the invoice date, without settlement or reduction.
In the case of subsidised programmes, you are and remain fully responsible for completing or transferring the necessary documents. Brilliant Work will of course guide you through this step by step and we are always available for questions about this. If you fail to arrange the documentation for the subsidy, despite repeated requests and guidance from us, the entire invoice must be paid by you.
Purchase obligation
If we apply for a grant with you or for you (think SLIM, Growth Accelerator and SIB but also other grants, among others), and your application is honoured by the grant provider, we assume that you will also do the process with us. We are first and foremost a coaching consultancy and training agency So this includes anything for which you have received a Brilliant Work quote/budget or we have helped you through the application. Should you have received approval but still decide not to do the course at all or not with us, we will charge 15% of the grant amount (due to time commitment).
We wish you lots of fun, success and great learning moments for you and/or your
employees in our cooperation. And look forward to working with you!
