Client Agreement Brilliant Work

Your point of contact

Brilliant Work has a team of expert coaches, consultants and trainers. Before agreeing to working with us, you can meet your intended coach/consultant/trainer. Depending on the expertise you need, we may bring in several of our experts. This will always be done by consulting you first.

Your commitment

Coaching, advising and training is a partnership to help you get the best results for your business. If you are the coachee or trainee, you enter into this partnership with the understanding you are responsible for creating you own results. We offer you support, direction, motivation, all our knowledge and advice.

As Client, you agree to:
• Call, Skype, or arrive promptly
• Have an open mind
• Actively work on the agreed actions from our meetings

Confidentiality

What is discussed in the coaching relationship is confidential. The fact that your company is a client of our company will only be treated as confidential if you expressly indicate this to us. We will not at any time use any information given during coaching – except as requested or agreed by you.
Certain topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other organisations, such as subsidizing bodies, as development areas.

Duration and Location

We will decide together on an ongoing basis how many sessions you want to sign up for and where these will be held. Usually we will round off a meeting by setting the date for the next meeting.

If you are using (government) subsidies, there may be limitations on how many of these will be subsidized and how many you will have to be invoiced for directly.

Rescheduling

We will let each other know at least 48 hours in advance, if either of us needs to reschedule any planned meeting.
If you give less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged for the session or in the case of a subsidized project, the reserved hours will be added counted as being coached. We will make an exception for unforeseen circumstances like illness.

Contact between meetings

You can contact us in between meetings or sessions. The best way to get hold of us is via e-mail or Whatsapp, we will contact you as soon as we are available.

Newsletter and GDPR

Brilliant Work of course works according to the GDRP. We do automatically send all of customers our newsletter to keep you up to date of the latest subsidies, developments in our team and organisations or events that might be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive our newsletter, it is very easy to unsubscribe

Payment

Payments should be made to KNAB Account number account is in the name of Brilliant Work. Payments – or transfer of voucher if you are on a subsidized project – are due within 15 days. In case of a subsidised project, the client is completely responsible for filling out or transferring any documents needed to obtain the subsidies. Brilliant Work will of course guide you in this process every step of the way and wherever possible or needed we will do this on behalf of the client. If the client does not take care of the necessary documentation for the subsidy in spite of repeated requests and help from Brilliant Work, then the client is liable for paying the entire invoice themselves.
