Inventory and analysis
The leadership training begins with an inventory. Together, we’ll map out the current way of working within your organisation. We’ll look at objectives, responsibilities, the corporate culture, and the prevailing norms and values on the shop floor. We’ll identify the strengths and weaknesses to understand what’s already working well and where adjustments are needed.
After the current situation in the workplace has been accurately and clearly mapped out, we engage in a conversation about needs and expectations. What do you want to achieve as a manager, what do you expect from your team and what goals do you want to achieve in the future as an organization?
Plan of action and implementation
A plan of action flows from the overview of the current situation and the goals for the future. This plan clearly outlines tasks and expectations, responsibilities, deadlines and the desired way of working.
Under the guidance of Brilliant Work’s experienced coaches, you and your team will successfully implement the plans. This way, the desired objectives are achieved, and the necessary change can be permanently brought about. If desired, we’ll support the organisation of connecting activities such as team building days and workshops.
