Start the new year off right with the Brilliant Work New Year’s event!

For you as an entrepreneur, 2023 (and the years after) are full of opportunities and challenges. The beginning of the year is an excellent time to pause and reflect on this, to gather inspiration, and to consider how you will move forward.

On Wednesday, January 18th, from 4:00 PM onwards, you are very welcome at the event where you will gain knowledge, meet other entrepreneurs, and get to know our broad team of coaches and advisors. Ideal if you want to start or continue seriously scaling up your company in the coming year. Or if you want to work on the professionalism and atmosphere in your team.

In the break-out sessions, you will learn specifically on a theme from both your fellow entrepreneurs and from the experts at Brilliant Work. Or would you rather get to know one of the other coaches and brainstorm? That’s also possible. We have experts in the field of sales, marketing, HR, strategy, export, leadership, communication, and more. Whichever option you choose, it will be an inspiring and enjoyable start to the year!

The unique location for this is the Koepelgevangenis in Arnhem. Easily accessible by public transport and free parking at the door if you come by car. And we promise that you will simply be released again afterwards.

For whom: Entrepreneurs and MTs (Management Teams) of a scalable product or service or those who already have personnel.

Click on the button below to view the complete program and register. There are no participation costs associated with this event, we look forward to seeing you. However, registration and any cancellation is necessary due to location capacity, break-out session scheduling, and catering.

Interim management, you can also turn to Brilliant Work for that!

As an entrepreneur, you’re often already busy with all sorts of things. How nice would it be if you could call on someone who can join you for a few hours/days a week and take on some of the management tasks?

You probably know us as coaches and advisors, but did you know that we also have the capacity and in-house expertise to join you as a project manager or interim manager?

We have a colleague available who can be deployed for this up to a maximum of 3 days per week. Want to know more? Just contact us.

Brilliant Work supports scale-ups in the energy transition!

We all know that the energy transition is necessary; we cannot continue with fossil fuels. Many companies are stepping into this gap by providing solutions around solar or wind energy, or hydrogen, for example. This is happening throughout the Netherlands, but there’s a real concentration of such companies in Arnhem. Running such a company is not easy for the entrepreneur. Demand is often greater than these companies can meet. Investors are only willing to step in once the technology is proven, there is more work than you have personnel for, and finding the right markets, pricing, and sales channels requires well-thought-out choices. Moreover, the founders are often people with a lot of experience in technology but less in areas such as sales, marketing, export, or leadership.
