Jan Willem Temmink
Jan Willem (1957) has worked on a project basis in Germany and the Netherlands in a variety of management positions. The common thread is always export and market development. In parallel, he set up his coaching practice in the evenings. In doing so, Jan Willem uses a research result from Nijenrode Business University: companies with a differential competitive advantage achieve better financial results. This has led to a unique blitz-scaling strategy: international accelerated scaling for scaleups and grownups. The basis is a directory of 100+ international venture capitalists/private equity investors.
With his work experience in the media sector, he knows the right moment to engage an influencer and/or choose free-publicity in online and print. Furthermore, during corona, Jan Willem assisted several German retailers with their omnichannel approach. This means the accelerated roll-out of a webshop based on headless e-commerce.
Increasingly, he coaches entrepreneurs in cross-border business acquisitions. This is an integral approach: from search to the integration of business units to actually achieve synergy. His clients are mainly active in IT, manufacturing and partly FMCG. But they all have one goal: revenue growth! Through customer acquisition and/or strategic business takeovers, Jan Willem works according to the motto ‘there is no business like new business!’.

The basis in internationalisation (including to Germany) is always a thorough market analysis. Online research and customer contacts form an important basis.
