Esther Lucassen
Esther (1974) has over 25 years of experience in the HR profession as an HR Manager/HR Business Partner, with a penchant for SMEs. She focuses on the human side of organisations in change and growth. People want to make a valuable contribution and organisations demand this from them. It’s Esther’s strength to bring this together to create movement and progress. Esther has a master’s degree in Personnel Science from Tilburg University. She’s gained a lot of experience in broad HR (management) positions where all facets of the profession were covered in various industries. Always as a true business partner in translating the mission, vision and business objectives into concrete HR policies and HR processes. Her work has often focused on change management, including integration after takeovers and change and reorganisation processes.
In addition, Esther is a certified ME+U motivational trainer. ME+U offers language and tools to positively engage in personal development and collaboration. With the help of insight into drives, you see what you need to do to utilise potential and achieve goals and work together more effectively with more impact.
Since 2023, Esther has been working as an independent HR business coach and interim HR manager. She enjoys coaching entrepreneurs, providing them with tools for leadership, employee development, and pragmatically designed HR policies, processes, and tools. In addition, she likes to coach teams aimed at achieving better results together effectively and with more fun.

My approach
With the motto 'hard on the business and soft on the relationship', I work results-oriented, from trust and with sincere attention and positivity. With a pragmatic approach, I focus on HR policies and processes and tailor-made solutions for what the business needs. The common denominator is that they're focused on the growth and development of both the organisation and the employee. The optimal situation for achieving results and growth arises when people work from their strengths, passion, drives, and they embrace the business objectives. Then energy is created that's needed to achieve results, work well together, and have fun.
