Emmy Stelling
Emmy (1969) has over 25 years of experience in business and as an entrepreneur. Her basis is a specialisation in International Management, and she’s fluent in English and French. From 1993, she worked as Sales Manager and General Manager of an SME manufacturing company with 75 people in FMCG. In this period, she learnt everything about business management, from strategic to executive and managing an MT. Then, she worked for several years on the staff of medium-sized SME manufacturing and trading companies in sales positions.
In 2013, Emmy started as a certified coach and trainer for entrepreneurial women on authentic leadership and speaking. This focuses on increasing self-confidence, visibility, and impact. Through her training and coaching, she’s guided 325 women in groups and individually over the past years. Since 2017, she’s been working as a management consultant and trainer, supporting start-ups, self-employed individuals, and SMEs in the areas of management, sales, HR, strategy, relationship management, and entrepreneurship.
She’s a people person focused on connection and autonomy. Customer focus is paramount to her, and in hectic situations, she remains calm and pragmatic. Passionate about women’s empowerment.

My approach
People make the business, whether you're a self-employed person, a director, or an SME's telephone operator, each role is equally important. The chain is as strong as its weakest link. Collaboration and connection are keywords.
I go for authenticity and openness, am goal-oriented and like to solve problems. Above all, I believe in the power of each person and love to support you to reach your full potential.
