Brilliant Work consists of a team of experienced and highly trained business coaches, consultants and trainers. Each with their own area of expertise. Proven methods are combined with a fresh perspective and a lot of experience. Services include organizational and strategic advice, sales strategy, export and HR and leadership.
Core duties/responsibilities:
– Is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities based on concrete leads from workshops, through the website, webinars or speaking hours e.g. At Startup Nijmegen or Start Club Arnhem. The target group is mainly ZZP and SME companies. Potential customers are approached by phone, online and in person. These are provided with information about the services and to what extent this trajectory can solve the client’s problems, realize ambitions, as well as about the subsidy possibilities and which coach(s) are best suited for this trajectory. It also often involves approaching clients for a round of follow-up subsidies or coaching with a different coach after an earlier round should other expertise be needed in the meantime.
-Visiting prospects or existing clients with the goal of concluding a follow-up BW program and explaining the capabilities of the consultants and business coaches. If necessary, engage business coaches to provide information on grant content. With existing clients also investigate whether there is a need to do follow-up pathways, whether through another grant scheme or not.
– Attend network meetings with the goal of increasing Brilliant Work’s brand awareness and taking cues from potential clients and following up on them.
– Is responsible for the structured tracking of leads in our system to ensure no opportunity goes unused. Records/reports on results on a monthly basis to the BW Director, how many clients have been approached and with what results and what actions will be scheduled.
– Once the lead is in, guide the clients through the sign-up process, allowing them to join smoothly. Proper handover to colleagues so that the client smoothly begins his/her journey at Brilliant Work.
– Willingness to perform other incidental work. We are a team and help each other where we can.
– We sell by listening well to the client and what they want. And by coming up with the right solutions in terms of the type of coaching/advice/training they need, good knowledge of grants (we can teach you) and colleagues.
Location: From home. There is an office available in Oosterbeek where you can sit part of the time. Prefer someone who lives here in the region as the clients and potential clients are mostly located here as well.

Hours – 24-40 hours possible. Initially possible as a ZZP construction or on temporary contract. If functioning well possibly converted to longer employment.
