Ever thought about an in-company training?

Brilliant Work is happy to visit your company for an in-company workshop or training. Especially after this period of extensive remote work, you’ll want to restore a pleasant atmosphere in the company. Perhaps you desire more ownership from your employees, better communication, and want to promote good teamwork? Then an in-company training is a perfect start in this post-COVID period!

Recently, for example, we held an in-company DiSC workshop at Ritmiek Dans en Muziek to better understand how to move forward more easily in your own behavior and in collaboration with others. With DiSC, no single profile is better than another; it’s about understanding your strengths and weaknesses and where you might clash with others or complement each other well.

It was an incredibly fun group to work with, and everyone was enthusiastic. Do you want to know what the possibilities are for an in-company training at your company? Check out our offerings on this website and for more information, contact Saul Janssen at info@brilliantwork.nl or 06-38452062.

All help at a glance!

Because as an entrepreneur or director you can use help with all sorts of things, but perhaps you don’t know everything we can and cannot do for you, here’s a visual overview. Maybe there are themes listed that you could also use help with. If so, let us know! Sometimes subsidies are also linked to these, so don’t miss out on that opportunity!

Martine – our star who helps with all your HR questions

What should I do if I hire someone? What can I do if an employee isn’t performing well? How do I conduct effective performance and development reviews with my team?

These are just some of the questions we regularly receive from our clients. Martine only joined Brilliant Work this year as an HR advisor, but she’s certainly no rookie in this field. With over 35 years of experience in both purely Dutch and international organizations, she can advise you excellently in this area. Additionally, she also takes care of very practical matters, such as writing an employee handbook.
