From €5,000 to €500,000 subsidy – develop yourself
and employees for better results!
We all know that employees with the right skills and motivation are indispensable for the growth of your company and for long-term profit. But how do you estimate your employee needs for the coming years, how do you set up a good HR policy, and how do you achieve a true development culture? That’s where we at Brilliant Work have the right expertise. We’ve been doing these kinds of projects for years, and we’ve already applied for the associated subsidy 29 times.
You can apply for a subsidy of up to €25K for your company alone in the September round. Small businesses then receive 92% subsidy. Are you doing it together with multiple companies or, for example, industry associations? Then applying as a collaborative venture is more attractive.
Together, you can apply for up to €500,000 in subsidy for such a project. This covers 69% of the costs.
Curious how this can work for your business too? Registration starts as early as June 1st and is on a first-come, first-served basis, so be quick and contact us.
Digitalization subsidy, €2500 for
freelancers and SMEs
Do you want to work on the digital side of your business but is the budget an issue? Whether it’s about being more visible in search engines (SEO), online advertising (SEA), keeping track of your customer data (CRM), or other things, there are huge possibilities in the new round of digitalization subsidies. Unlike previous times, it’s now available for both SMEs with up to 50 employees and solo entrepreneurs.
The online specialists at Brilliant Work can help you with both the subsidy application and the digitalization process itself. If you want to know more about this, contact us quickly. Registration starts from May 15th and availability is limited!
From passion to enterprise, that’s possible
with start-up coaching!
Simen Brunia is a true tree enthusiast. ‘For ten years now, I’ve been working on setting up, managing, and expanding a knowledge encyclopedia about trees (Bomenbieb),’ he says.
”I now wanted to choose myself, my own path, and start working as a freelancer. Together with Marco, I began to explore and gain more insight into the business side of things. I also had many questions like, ‘What choices do you make when it comes to clients, projects, customers, and hourly rates? How do you actually run a business? What are the dos and don’ts?”
”I now wanted to choose myself, my own path, and start working as a freelancer.”
“Sometimes, as an entrepreneur, you have the tendency to constantly invent something new, always with a new name, a different website, or target group. But Marco helped me realize that the solution very often lies in keeping processes simple in your mind; and therefore choosing one name and website where everything comes together. That was more effective than having all sorts of small puzzle pieces in the business that might then all ‘just miss’ being what they need to be.”
Would you, as a starter, also like coaching, possibly even with the help of a subsidy? Then inquire about the possibilities.
Staff shortages? Also discover the talents of your existing personnel!
Martine Pauw is our HR specialist. We asked her what the solution is for the current staff shortages. According to Martine, you should first and foremost take a look in your own kitchen.
”If your employees are satisfied, then you might not even need as much new personnel as you initially thought,’ says HR consultant Martine.”
”Companies tend to immediately start recruiting new people when the business grows, but that’s not necessary. First, have a conversation with existing employees: Does anyone want to work more or fewer hours? Does anyone have ambitions to develop in a different area? Especially in smaller companies here in Nijmegen, it’s useful to first look together at where the opportunities lie.”

”Are you, as an entrepreneur, also facing issues with retaining and recruiting the right personnel? Would you like to discuss HR, competencies, mission and strategy, training, and vacancies? Then contact us without obligation to see how we can help your company with HR (or other areas).”
