Meet our new HR business coach and interim HR manager Esther Lucassen
Esther Lucassen is an experienced HR professional with a wealth of experience in the field. With over 25 years of experience, mainly in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), Esther is an authority on human development within organizations.
Esther is passionate about helping companies and their employees grow and prosper together, especially during change processes.
Esther holds a master’s degree in human resources science from Tilburg University and has worked over the years as a true partner to companies, focusing on developing concrete HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Since 2023, she has used her expertise as an external HR business coach and interim HR manager, guiding entrepreneurs and teams to better results and greater job satisfaction. In many cases, Esther’s services will also be available on a subsidized basis.

Entries for the 2024 edition of the Top 250 are now open!
The Top 250 is a list that highlights companies that excel in sustainable growth and positive impact on society. The Top 250 is the annual spotlight for fast-growing companies in the Netherlands. The list is organized by the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship. They are currently in the process of launching the 2024 edition and this is where you can apply too!
In 2023, 168 new companies joined this list, demonstrating their ability to innovate and create jobs. The Top 250 not only provides recognition, but is also a platform to learn about successful growth. Companies have the opportunity to share their growth stories and learn from others.
Registration for the 2024 edition is now closed, on the website of the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship. It was possible to register for the list until April 1, 2024. To participate, an overview of the number of FTEs from 2019 to 2023 is required.
This is the chance to be recognized alongside other companies and show what it means to be at the forefront of growth and innovation. Don’t miss the chance to be part of the Top 250 of 2025.
