QCS provides fast internet with ‘AirInternet’ in places where internet via cable is inadequate or too expensive. After a solid growth period in the Netherlands, the time was right in 2020 to bring this product beyond national borders, which is why Brilliant Work was engaged.
“We used the coaching programme to further optimise our sales and export strategy,” says Ralph Rademakers, Sales Director of AirInternet. “We received help with this from Willem van Putten of Brilliant Work.”
Successful Rollout in Germany
“By applying the building blocks from Willem’s sales and account management method in our company, we’ve been able to successfully roll out our product and programme in Germany,” Ralph explains. “Thanks to the tools Willem gave us, in two years, we’ve grown from 50 partners in two countries to 750 partners (!) in six European countries.”
Ralph was also pleased with the help from Lizanne Jakobs of Brilliant Work. “During this period, she regularly pointed us to new or additional subsidy opportunities. These have given a further impulse to our growth.”
