“Our company has existed for 85 years,” says Peter Koenders of Koenders Totaalbouw proudly. “Over the years, we’ve experienced many developments. Within the dynamic construction industry, we’re always looking for new innovations. That sometimes leads to new products, but it can also be innovations within our own company. I also wanted to know how we could work even more customer-focused,” Peter explains. “Together with Brilliant Work, I discovered that employee ownership is important. After all, they are closest to the customer. To achieve this, you shouldn’t say ‘do it this way or that way,’ but you need to involve your people in the plans and make them part of those plans.”
