Melvin, founder and driving force behind All in Power, shares his vision: “Our mission is to make people with solar panels or wind turbines into true energy suppliers.”
Strong Concept
In the initial phase, All in Power encountered significant challenges. Melvin explains: “We had a strong concept, but our small team lacked certain essential skills and, above all, time. This lack of expertise, combined with limited time and focus, created challenges in our business operations.” The company’s start-up phase was characterised by rapid growth, but also by the need to learn and adapt quickly.

This significantly improved All in Power’s online visibility. “Our online presence is now stronger and better reflects our values and services,” Melvin notes.

In addition, All in Power, in collaboration with Brilliant Work, has started an important project to build their HR department. Melvin explains the focus of this project: “The foundation is already there. We’re going to reassess it to see how it really works and how we’re going to set it up so that it provides a good basis for the rapid growth we’re experiencing over the next two years.” This initiative reflects the company’s proactive approach to not only respond to current needs but also to plan ahead for future expansions. Through this reorganisation, All in Power aims to create a stronger, more streamlined HR structure capable of supporting the dynamic and fast-growing nature of the company.

Thanks in part to the available subsidies, we were able to invest in areas that were essential for our growth, such as marketing and website development.”
