To get a good understanding of what our customers really think of us, we conducted our first large-scale customer satisfaction survey in January. In this we asked mainly about the experience with the coach and with Brilliant Work as a company. Especially the coach is greatly appreciated with an 8.7. As an organization, we receive an 8.4. Comments from respondents include:
- Flexibility and contact with the coach, his contacts and network within exports.
- Coach can sense well which topics need attention
- Listening ear, constantly being held up the mirror with lots of humor & metaphors I found very fun and worked well for my question. Working with the part that was about my beliefs whether I can do it.
- Advice, being able to put knowledge into practice. Good instructive talks that are useful to me.
- Engagement and really helping (coaching) to change/improve
- My coach is professional and she makes sure you get a clear picture of where your business is, and where you want to go. Together, she maps out goals and milestones with a realistic view of the future. She provided me with the right tools to scale up abroad.
- Understanding of the organization and good advice and recommendations that we can do something with
I am very proud of our team! I already knew that they are very good and really have heart for the customer but it is so nice because also to get back from the customers.
Of course, we also asked for feedback on points for improvement because we are aiming for a 10. Of course, there were no earth-shattering issues there because we already have very direct contact with our clients, but it is good to take stock anyway and see which points recur more often. All this feedback will be picked up and worked on because, like our coachees, we believe in continuous improvement and development of our work.
