While setting up my very first business, I contacted Brilliant Work for business coaching and advice, specifically on my marketing & sales strategy. I was looking for clearer goals and concrete tools to find the right customers , from help in determining who my target audience should be, to tweaking my call to action, to making me feel more comfortable having a good sales meeting. Lizanne was very welcoming, friendly and professional; we sat around the table several times to brainstorm on these issues and I really appreciate all the knowledge and experience she gave me. I also benefited greatly from her as a coach and sparring partner, as a sounding board and a kind of reality check for my own thoughts and actions. I am looking forward to expanding even more with my business.
