2000 euro grant to make your business thrive!
As an entrepreneur with a business started in the last six years, you’re bound to run into all sorts of things you could use help with. How do I get as many customers as possible? How do I increase my profits? How can I manage my time better? When and how should I hire staff? The provinces of Gelderland and Overijssel want to support you in this and offer you 1000 euro per entrepreneur in subsidy for coaching and advice and 1000 euro for training. Startersdagen in Ede
June 5, Starters Days will take place in Ede, a free event of interest to entrepreneurs looking to scale up as well as real startups. Brilliant Work will also have a booth there, so join us for more information on business growth, entrepreneurship and more. It starts at 5:30 in the evening and runs until quarter to 10. There are as many as 10 interesting workshops you can participate in!

Are you looking for clients, cooperation partners or knowledge? Then networking clubs are often a very good place to do that. Just make sure you come to give and not just take, and count on having to make frequent follow-up appointments to really get to business. A new face at Brilliant Work!
I would like to introduce myself to you, my name is Fokko Bonsma and since March 1 I am part of the coaching team at Brilliant Work. I am commercially educated and have over 30 years of work experience at home and abroad. My abroad experience started as a boyhood dream in the USA where I started a wholesale business in fresh cut flowers. As a 22 year old entrepreneur I had the opportunity to go through all facets of entrepreneurship, from buyer, salesman to accountant to logistics manager and later by hiring staff, manager and psychologist. After a period of 7 years I sold my company to move back to the Netherlands. I put my work experience and energy into exporting fresh cut flowers and plants to the US and Canada, Kazakhstan.
September 11 changed a lot in the export market and with the help of my Burn-Out made me make a career switch to the automotive industry as a business sales manager. B2B and B2C. My work consisted of acquiring new relationships, maintaining them and guiding and coaching colleagues in sales, communication and personal effectiveness.
Coaching colleagues was a facet within my work that gave me great pleasure and energy. I wanted more of this! For the past 14 years I have continued to develop my coaching and counseling skills by attending all kinds of training courses. The most recent training was Strategic Intervention coach at Robbins Madanes Training USA. Partly because of this study combined with my work and life experience, I know how to combine the hard business targets with what people call “softer factors. I enjoy confronting people without being threatening in this.
My current coaching at Brilliant Work is in the area of personal effectiveness development, think individual coaching, coaching of management, MT, as well as team coaching.
I hope to meet you soon and perhaps guide you to become a strong entrepreneur(star) who knows how to get everything out of himself and his |her business.
