Subsidy for business strategy
Would you like to further develop your business? Then there is a subsidy available for you to acquire knowledge in business strategy and/or innovation. This is not a subsidy for developing new products, but it is intended to acquire targeted expertise from an external specialist.
Imagine this: your revenue is soaring thanks to new customer segments or new markets, but you’re unsure how to approach this, structure it, or allow your business to grow alongside the new demand. Perhaps you want to scale up, but that means your sales and marketing will also need to evolve. And you might also need to optimise your internal organisation. Or maybe you want to launch an innovative product and bring in an innovation broker?
Subsidies
It’s incredibly helpful to make use of this subsidy in such cases. It enables you to have a (new) business, financing, process optimisation or innovation plan drawn up, or to bring in an innovation broker. Looking to invest in strategic HR? That’s possible too! For entrepreneurs working on an innovation project, up to €10,000 is available (80% subsidy) to bring in an innovation broker. Medium sized business can receive support from innovation brokers during innovation processes. These are accredited experts who assist businesses with a wide range of challenges.
Innovation brokers can be engaged for:
- Support in identifying innovative opportunities for a specific company;
- Guidance throughout the process from idea to business;
- Starting an innovative business;
- Bringing an innovation to market readiness;
- Defining the value proposition and revenue model;
- Developing the business case and financing proposals for market introduction;
- Finding the right collaboration partners;
- Setting up consortia and partnerships with other companies and/or knowledge institutions.
For entrepreneurs in Friesland, €2,500 is available (50% of the total costs will be reimbursed), and for entrepreneurs in Drenthe, €3,000 is available (also 50%).
