This training is designed for people who are functional leaders. The training provides both theoretical frameworks to support leadership, as well as insight into the participants’ personal functioning. This training lays a good foundation for effective leadership.
We work with concrete situations that participants encounter in practice. There is also space for participants to exchange experiences, give each other feedback and support each other.
Learning Objectives
In this training, participants will learn:
- Apply the styles of situational leadership
- Motivating employees
- Understanding interaction mechanisms
- Dealing with change
- Directing change processes (optional)
- Understanding their personal part in communication
- Dealing with individuals they perceive as difficult
Duration
This training covers 3 separate days with several weeks in between.
Setup
The maximum number of participants is 10. On the third day, we work with a professional training actor.
Prior to the training, intake interviews are held in which the participants’ learning goals are sharpened. The participants also receive a preparatory assignment to obtain feedback.
