This training focuses on positively exercising influence. It’s not about manipulation with tricks, but about respectfully exerting influence by stimulating and convincing, by motivating and inspiring. It’s about not just getting your way, but also building a good relationship.
In this training, you’ll gain insight into communication processes and practical tools on how to act in a guiding manner within an atmosphere of good collaboration.
Learning Objectives
In this training, participants will learn:
- Stimulating, motivating, and inspiring others
- Persuading and arguing
- Insight into different influencing styles
- Insight into one’s own qualities and communication style
- Utilising different sources of power
- Insight into the relational aspect of communication and how to guide it
- Dealing with individuals they perceive as difficult
This training is offered as an individual or a group training.
Individual training

Group Training
The training covers 3 days. A different training duration can be chosen in consultation.
