Paul Brinker
Paul Brinker (1969) has over 30 years of experience in certification, process optimisation and guiding organisations in a wide range of sectors. He has a keen eye for what makes companies stronger and more successful. Paul studied business economics and business administration and is trained as a Safety Expert (MVK). He is also an IRCA/CIQ-accredited lead auditor and a member of various standards committees.
Through his career in industries such as manufacturing, business services, medical devices, temporary employment agencies, accountancy, construction and childcare, Paul has developed a broad and practical perspective. He combines this experience with expertise in marketing, HRM, facility management and logistics.
Paul is fully engaged in developing, implementing and maintaining management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485, VCU and VCA, thereby continuously improving organisations. This applies both to companies seeking certification and to organisations that simply want to professionalise. He works as a consultant, coach, trainer and auditor for organisations that value a personal, pragmatic and clear approach. His credo: “don’t point the finger, but dare to put your finger on the sore spot”.
