Workforce development grant – apply now for September
The government realizes that especially large organizations put money into developing their staff, because SMEs do not always have the resources to do so. Therefore, a new scheme has now been created. It allows you to apply for a maximum annual subsidy of 25,000 euros. For companies with less than 50 employees you get 80% of your costs subsidized. For SMEs above that, 60% coverage applies.
Together we can look at what is needed in terms of development and training within the company. We are already used to doing this with subsidized start-up and growth coaching. Our invoices fall entirely within this subsidy scheme, it is just a matter of making the application in time!
External training is not reimbursed from this pot.
The application may only be made during the months of March and September, not on an ongoing basis as for most grants you can work with.
