How to Earn the First Sales Conversation and Make It Count

September 15 @ 15:00 - 16:00

On Tuesday 15 September, Brilliant Work organizes a free webinar together with High Tech NL. How do you get a seat at the table with new potential customers when relevant prospects are limited and buying decisions are complex and take time, especially in high tech and medtech? And once you’ve earned that conversation, what do you talk about? In this webinar you’ll discover how to earn the first sales conversation and make it count.

About the webinar

A first meeting is rarely earned by simply pitching harder. You need to give a potential customer a good reason to spend their time with you. That starts with understanding what may be relevant to them and approaching them in a way that creates curiosity and trust.

A good first sales conversation is not about presenting everything your company or technology can do. It is about asking the right questions, understanding the customer’s priorities and challenges, and discovering whether there is a meaningful reason to continue the conversation.

During this practical webinar you’ll learn how to ask potential clients for a meeting and get them to agree to one, how to find out what their priorities and challenges are, what information you need to scope out the length and complexity of the sales cycle, how to switch between product sales and consultative sales, and how to determine a relevant and natural next step.

Whether sales is a regular part of your role or something you only do occasionally, during this webinar you receive practical tips on how to approach future customers with more confidence. There is also plenty of time to ask questions and discuss situations you encounter in your own work.

Please note: the webinar is held in English. Questions in Dutch are welcome too.
