Jimi Moreno Ruiz

Jimi Moreno Ruiz (1991) is an entrepreneur who assists organisations in gaining control over their processes and digital growth. With approximately ten years of experience at international technology companies such as Google, Salesforce, and Workday, he understands how technology can strengthen organisations, provided it is utilised appropriately.

As a former Account Executive at these organisations, he learned how important it is to view technology not as an end in itself, but as a means to make processes smarter and enable people to work together more effectively. It is precisely in SMEs that he sees how fragmented processes and manual work lead to inefficiency. His approach is therefore people-oriented, strategic and practical: no thick reports, but solutions that work immediately in practice.

Jimi studied Commercial Economics at HAN University of Applied Sciences and later specialised in Strategic Account Management at Erasmus University. He also completed executive programmes at the renowned Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the field of AI for business strategy and digital transformation.

In his work, he constantly seeks to strike a balance between technology, processes and people. Only when these three elements are aligned can lasting value be created. His expertise lies at the intersection of AI, automation, process design and CRM.
