Changes in organisations are inevitable and usually create a lot of turmoil. Employees may become demotivated, thwart the changes or drop out. How can changes best be communicated? How do you translate the decisions of the top for the shop floor?
What happens to people when they need to change? How can you effectively guide people in this and keep them motivated? In exploring these questions, theory and practice are combined with participants’ own experiences and self-examination. This training is designed for people who are functional managers and who have to deal with change.
As a manager, how can you properly guide your people through change? That is the central question in this training.

Duration
This training covers 3 days.
Setup
The training days take place several weeks apart. On the second and third day, we practice with a professional training actor. Prior to the training, intake interviews take place in which the participants’ learning goals are sharpened.
The maximum number of participants is 10.
