It’s often not easy to manage your time effectively. The Time Management training provides practical models and tips to work more efficiently and gain better control over your time. And where tips alone aren’t enough, we address the deeper underlying causes.
For example, someone might be so helpful to others that their own work suffers, or a lack of discipline might be a hindrance. The training offers tools on how these traits can be combined with good time management. Finally, communication skills are covered, to effectively protect your own time management from those who might try to infringe upon it.
Learning Objectives
In this training, participants will learn:
- Identifying the bottlenecks in their time management
- Setting goals and priorities
- Planning and organizing work
- Dealing with disruptions
- Creating a job analysis that helps prioritise
- Tackling time wasters
- Assertively guarding one’s own boundaries (communication)
- Create the right conditions in the organisation for good time management
- Delegate
- Addressing underlying causes (attitude aspect)
Duration
This training covers 2 full days or 4 separate half-days. Individual coaching in time management can also be very effective.
Setup
Before the training, an intake interview takes place, and participants receive an assignment to identify bottlenecks in their time management. Between training sessions, new insights are tested in practice. We prefer to work with groups of up to 8 people.
