Eva Solutions offers solutions in visitor registration, visitor management, and access control. “When we heard what Brilliant Work does for entrepreneurs, it seemed like a very good match for our challenge,” explains Gysbert Wind, Commercial Director. “We’re a relatively fast-growing company in a sector where many people don’t know our solution exists. Our challenge was that, besides in the Netherlands, we also wanted to grow in other countries.”

He also gave very specific tips on acquisition for SMEs and large companies, particularly in the German market, which we’re focusing on.”
‘You’re Presented with a Different Mirror’
“Being able to brainstorm with a third person has also helped us tremendously,” explains Marco Schütz, Technical Director of Eva Solutions. “You’re presented with a different mirror, after all. Gysbert and I do a lot together, and it’s precisely then that it’s good to have a neutral third person involved. As an entrepreneur, you’re stubborn, you see. Having a coach who knows the field and has experience in it is a huge advantage.”
“Via Brilliant Work, we received information about our competitors and the legislation applicable to our application. That also helped us tremendously,” Marco explains. “The experience they have with that, and what questions you need to ask, that was very good.”
‘Pleased That the Coaching Was Largely Subsidised’
He also wants to emphasise that a large part of the coaching programme was subsidised. “That was a pleasant bonus. Brilliant Work and Lizanne Jakobs provided a lot of explanation about this, and they also showed us how it works. That was really perfect,” says Marco.
“We were truly well helped. We encountered far fewer hurdles than we might have otherwise. So, we’re extremely satisfied.”
