‘We have a high workload, and there’s always all kinds of things to do in between. It makes me feel rushed.’
‘I often feel dissatisfied at the end of the day because I didn’t get anything done.’
‘I’m structurally working overtime and don’t want this anymore.’
It’s often not easy to manage time. The cause of this may have to do with the team: the distribution of roles and tasks, mutual communication, workload, and culture. It can also be a matter of improving your personal time management. The team training Time Management addresses both levels.
At team level, we identify the bottlenecks and use process guidance to ensure that team members and manager reach agreements that make sense.
On an individual level, participants in this training are provided with practical models and tips for working more efficiently. By getting a better grip on your time, you will feel more comfortable and enjoy your work more. Sometimes a combination with individual time management coaching can be very effective.
