Free workshop and lunch – How to get more out of your team

As your company grows, not only the amount of people you need changes, but also what skills, motivation, roles and experience they have. During this lunch Lizanne Jakobs will be speaking about this topic that many of you might find challenging or very interesting; How to lead and develop your team. In this workshop you will learn find out more about:

• avoiding the most common team issues as you scale up
• changing your own leadership role
• applying for subsidies that can help build the right team
