Employees may become demotivated, thwart the changes or drop out. How can changes best be communicated? How do you translate the decisions of the top for the shop floor?   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-text P1\">What happens to people when they need to change? How can you effectively guide people in this and keep them motivated? In exploring these questions, theory and practice are combined with participants&#8217; own experiences and self-examination. This training is designed for people who are functional managers and who have to deal with change.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-text P1\">As a manager, how can you properly guide your people through change? On the second and third day, we practice with a professional training actor.
