The training provides both theoretical frameworks to support leadership, as well as insight into the participants&#8217; personal functioning. This training lays a good foundation for effective leadership.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-text P1\">We work with concrete situations that participants encounter in practice. On the third day, we work with a professional training actor.<br>Prior to the training, intake interviews are held in which the participants&#8217; learning goals are sharpened.
