We are emotionally involved, but Lizanne looks at things very calmly.&#8221;  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-text P1\">&nbsp;Niels adds: &#8220;We are very busy with our product, and Lizanne points us to other matters. For example: okay, you want to grow, but how? When are you going to hire people? And how many?&#8221; Mariska: &#8220;Our forecasts are always numerically focused, but Lizanne looks at it from a business perspective. You want to sell 6 machines? But how are you going to do that? Via distributors? Or yourself? Which countries do you want to focus on first?&#8221; Niels: &#8220;Lizanne is very strong at asking questions that make us think. We find it important that we immediately have a connection with the people we work with. And we had that with Lizanne. Of course, her knowledge and expertise also play a role.
