She discovered her drives and personal qualities, and this, combined with her view on society, led her to see opportunities in the field of preventive wellness. <\/p>\n\n\n\n “A conversation with my Rabobank director was the trigger to set my own course.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n “How do you start if you don’t come from an entrepreneurial family?” wonders Priscilla aloud. After years of planning and preparation, she met Lizanne, founder of Brilliant Work, at a networking event at NEC. Lizanne told her about the coaching opportunities with a 1,000 euro grant. “I grab that opportunity with both hands I thought then” Priscilla tells enthusiastically. In May 2021, F\u00d8RENA opened its doors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n “The meeting with Lizanne and her explanation about the \u20ac1,000 starter coaching<\/em> subsidy was a real help on my entrepreneurial journey.”<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Priscilla ran into several challenges, such as formulating financial growth and target audience determination. “It was a great help to be supported from a helicopter view,” she says. Martine, another Brilliant Work coach, helped her with HR issues such as job postings and job profiles. “Everything was new to me; I was not only working on the concept and setting up a company, but also physically building it.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n “Coaching gave me the helicopter view I needed to clearly set and achieve my goals.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Despite the growing number of burnouts, Priscilla and her team notice that people make little time for relaxation. “The need for relaxation and time for oneself is not yet sufficiently recognised,” she says. <\/p>\n\n\n\n “Even in a world full of burnouts, people find it difficult to take time for themselves. That has to change.”<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Priscilla wants to further expand F\u00d8RENA’s offerings, including in the field of skin improvement. “We’re also continuously looking for valuable collaborations.
