Subsidies for Entrepreneurs
Want to grow your business, develop your staff or organization?
Did you know that as a company with 1-250 employees, you can take advantage of several growth subsidies? The government naturally wants you to succeed as an entrepreneur, your business to grow at home or abroad, and your employees (if you have any) to grow with you. This applies to both start-ups and older companies, sole trader and medium sized business. We’ve briefly listed the possibilities for you.
14 types of subsidy
We currently help entrepreneurs supported by 14 (!) types of subsidy, but we also help them unsubsidised. Ask about the options that suit your business and what you want to work on! A coaching or advisory process at Brilliant Work is often 33 – 92% subsidised. It is also possible to apply for several subsidies at the same time.
Developing employees
1. 90-100% subsidy for smaller and medium-sized companies, maximum €25K subsidy. And in certain sectors, including large business. Available nationwide.
2. 100% grant up to €5,000 to develop a strategic training plan or training policy for companies in the metalektro. Valid throughout the Netherlands.
Entrepreneurial Coaching
3. For companies younger than 5 years in Gelderland €1000 subsidy on our coaching and consulting plus possibly €1000 for a training course. The grant covers 80% of the bill.
4. Up to one-third reimbursement of development costs, maximum €2,250 per 12 months. Aimed at professional growth and future-proofing in the cultural and creative sector.
5. For Flevoland Province, €5K grant on coaching with 50% own contribution.
6. Under this national scheme, self-employed people can receive a reimbursement of €1,200, with 75% of the cost of the coaching program.
Business growth or innovation
7. 50% subsidy for all Gelderland medium sized business with a maximum of €10K to stimulate your business growth.
8. 100% subsidy for medium sized business in the logistics sector with a maximum of €7.5K for the use of an innovation broker in innovation projects.
9. Companies in the energy sector can apply for 80% subsidy with a maximum of €10K.
Internationalization
10. Starting to export or increase your sales from abroad? Receive 1000 euro subsidy with 50% own contribution. Valid throughout the Netherlands.
11. Want an introduction to contacts in the country to which you want to export for the first time or where you want to make more sales? €2.5K grant with 50% own contribution.
12. For Flevoland Province, €8K grant on coaching focused on international entrepreneurship with 50% own contribution.
13. Have you been financially affected by the war in Ukraine and/or the sanctions against Russia? There is €2.5K grant for this and it covers 80% of the costs. Available for all of the Netherlands.
Digitization
14. Companies younger than 10 years in the province of Gelderland will receive 1,000 euro subsidy, with an own contribution of 20% (250 euro) to engage a digitalisation expert.
