“We have grown tremendously.” This is the story of a company from the Netherlands that now operates in six European countries. QCS provides fast internet with ‘AirInternet’ in places where cable internet is inadequate or too expensive. After a strong growth period in the Netherlands, 2020 was the right time to bring this product outside the country’s borders, and Brilliant Work was called upon for assistance.
“We used the coaching process to further optimize our sales and export strategy,” says Ralph Rademakers, sales director of AirInternet. “We received assistance from Willem van Putten of Brilliant Work in this regard.”
Successful Rollout in Germany
“By applying the building blocks of Willem’s sales and account management method in our company, we were able to successfully roll out our product and program in Germany,” explains Ralph. “Thanks to the tools provided by Willem, we have grown from 50 partners in two countries to 750 partners (!) in six European countries in just two years.”
Ralph was also pleased with the assistance from Lizanne Jakobs of Brilliant Work. “During this period, she regularly pointed out new or additional subsidy opportunities to us. These have given a further boost to our growth.”
