In short\, setting concrete goals and priorities and creating a plan of how you will do that.   \nAbout the workshop\nWhy is that important? So that you don’t get distracted by things that don’t contribute to the success of your business or the pleasure of working in it. And instead invest your time\, budget and energy in what really moves your business forward.   \nWhat those exact steps are is different for each company and each industry. What is the same for everyone is how to set your goals and priorities. How to make that visual. And how to make sure you keep your focus only on what’s important.    In this workshop\, you will learn how to do just that. \nFinally\, Lizanne will also talk about the various grants you can use again this year to strengthen your business\, from start-up assistance to export advice or staff development.
