DESCRIPTION:Together with StartUp Nijmegen\, Brilliant Work is organizing the free “goal and priority setting” workshop on Wednesday\, September 11\, 2024. \nWe are all bombarded every day with incoming emails\, calls\, have a lot of ideas and wishes for our business. But how do you make sure that in the coming year you start working with focus\, focusing primarily on what will really help you and your business move forward? Because as an entrepreneur\, you don’t have a boss telling you what to accomplish and how fast.   \nDuring this workshop you will learn how to set specific and measurable goals for the coming years that will help you do this. How can you translate what you may already have vaguely in your head into concrete goals? Then we’ll talk about how to then plan your activities for 2024 so that you’re working sufficiently “on” your business and not “in” it. This workshop is suitable for just starting entrepreneurs as well as those who have been running their own business for some time.
