DESCRIPTION:As an entrepreneur or salesperson\, you regularly want to convince someone to do something. For example\, a customer to buy something\, a supermarket to include your product in its assortment\, an investor to put money into your business or an employee to do something. Sometimes this goes very easily\, but what if it doesn’t? How do you deal with that resistance and what can you do about it? In this workshop you will learn what you can do about it in an authentic\, honest way that simultaneously produces results. So that you stay close to yourself and with respect for the other person\, but still get out much more often what you started the conversation for.      \nDuring the workshop\, you’ll also be served a delicious lunch. And there will be plenty of time for all your questions!  \nThe workshop is hosted by Lizanne Jakobs. She is the founder of Brilliant Work\, drs in Business Communication and accredited DiSC trainer. With 25 years of business experience in both sales and marketing\, management roles and pitching for investors\, she knows the practice like no other.
